Your last line is so true, Moose, that I have end-users who I have to
instruct in how to do anything *other* that that if there's a problem I am
trying to walk them through over the phone. It's not at all to here the
person on the other end of the line say: "What green 'Start" button?"
They've not used it, ever, and literally don't see it any more.
