This product says "Acronis® True Image WD Edition" and has both WD and Acronis logos on the cover of the very professional looking, through appearing PDF instruction manual. I think it's simply Acronis TI 9 with a bit of code added to only work with WD drives. Both drives involved happen to be WDs and specifically listed as being compatible on the WD site.
