Yeah, that's a problem (especially with dogs around). I've had to
fridge-and-freezer quite a few of them. There were suspicions our
local crows had started to figure out how to flip them to go for the
bufotoxin-free, soft underbelly, but, while I wouldn't put it past
them, I think this might be a wishful hypothesis looking for data.
