Part two of the test just finished, interior, bad mixed light, on tripod...
conclusion one: the 35 shift (late, new multi coated lens) has very
good resolution and sharpness!
conclusion two: the 21mm f3.5 I have is absolutely stunning (I can't
word it differently, I'm a zuikoholic):
sharp in center from f3.5, sharp overall from f8 to f16, just a tiny
bit barrel distortion.
conclusion three: the 28mm f2 is not bad either, but for critical
sharpness f5.6 and f11 are best. F2 is for available darkness.
conclusion four: I sure wish that the 5D had liveview!
If there is interest I can put the images up for all to see...
The 21 f3.5 will come with me as well on the trip, small and shares
it's hood with the shift :).
And the sketchpad will go along as well, all in all, the developing is
still fast at 1 hour for a complete scene and no post processing
required :)
