Fernando,
I have mechanical aortic and mitral valves, so I have talked with heart
surgeons, cardiologists, and internists. Since I started dealing with this
in 1993, the amounts have been reduced a little, but the timing has remained
the same. In my case, I take 3 grams one hour before the procedure.
