I may in some instances. I know I do for the E510 and E30, maybe even
the E330. If I don't I can make them. :-)
The E300 is on loan right now, and I don't remember for sure, but I
don't recall it being able to shoot RAW+JPEG.
I have no idea who is the authority.
From my recent experience, I would dare say that the software
manufacturers think they should be the authority.
