When using ACR in PhotoShop one can save the converted files (many all
at once) if various file formats and with custom naming conventions all
without passing through the editor if desired. I don't know what
Elements does but I'd be surprised if Lightroom was much different than
PS. I haven't gone to Lightroom since ACR with PhotoShop can do all the
batch conversions I'm interested in and I have no interest in
Lightroom's library facilities.
How much memory on your laptop?
