You may or may not remember my OM4T problems that I experienced while on
our trip to the Oregon coast last summer. The camera would take a few
shots and then lock up as if the batteries were dead. A fresh set of
batteries allowed another couple of frames. I ordered some Renatas as
recently discussed here on the list in order to rule out "old stock"
batteries as a cause. After just receiving my order of Renata SR44's and
trying them in my OM4T I still get the beep, beep, beep rather than a
nice continuous beep. Same batteries function fine in other bodies.
I have removed and re tightened the bottom plate screws...but I am
missing two of them. Perhaps there is a bad ground?
Any other ideas?
Mike
