Omas may be the "best" modern fountain pen, with the possible
exception of Pelikan, which is my personal favorite. There's also
Visconti, which makes, or made, a fine pen. Something about those
Italians. They had/have the knack.

who sells pens, and also custom grinds nibs to your exact want or
need. I've got a couple of "Mottishawed" pens and they write very
well. If only my handwriting matched the tools I have to show it off.
