I've been using RawTherapy since I got my E-510 (nearly 2 years ago - it's
obsolete !) and haven't done much experimentation with it.  The only things
I change on a regular basis are "exposure", "white balance" (pick an area
that should be neutral grey and use "spot WB" usually) and "...Noise
reduction" (only if ISO is >400 though - doesn't seem necessary at ISO 400
or less).  These basic adjustments normally give me a reasonable jpeg to
work with in PSP.
