The battery is 7.2v, USB is 5.0 - nope, can't work. You might consider a
small power inverter to power your existing charger. I'm sure there are
several. I did see this B&D one that also has 5v USB output.

You could leave the other USB power adapter home and have 110v for other
gadgets, when desired.
