I too saw something wrong/off/missing in some of the images. The first
one that really struck me was #2. A quick glance shows that 1,2 and 10
are the only images with sizes below 100KB. Size isn't an absolute
indicator of compression and data loss, as large areas of low detail ,
like the skies in 4, 9, 10 & 11, allow smaller files than those with
more detail.
Looking at file sizes, it appears that different images were JPEG saved
at different levels of compression.
I wouldn't have used the same descriptions you did, although I'm not
sure what I would call the problem.
