May be I wasn't wrote very clear, both 90/2 and 50/2 has flat field
performance at infinity and the 50/1.4s not so. To add more I just took
sample images from 50/1.4 SC, 50/1.4 MC, 50/2 and 50/3.5. Oh! Sorry, I have
no 50/1.8. All taken with tripod, liveview, 2s shutter delay, on FF 5D II of
course.

It seems that both my 50/1.4 MC and SC have very similar performance, don't
tell me the MC with 1,1xx,xxx number is better, I don't want to purchase
another 50mm lens ;-)
For the bokeh, I will try to compare them later.
