Well, two thoughts come to mind. Number one, for me personally, is to use
NikonScan which I'm able to get pretty bloody close. Secondly, Take a
picture of an IT8 target and create a profile with that.
Vuescan has a very irritating feature which I'm trying to figure out a way
around. Maybe somebody here has it solved:
When I crop an image, Vuescan recalculates the exposure when using one of
the color profiles. I want to force my own exposure and color changes onto
the system without it redoing all my work each time I adjust a crop.
