You might want to try one of these
$46, 256MB, large heat sink, no fan (runs hot but fan can fail later),
has VGA, DVI and S-video outputs.

old display because it lacks VGA but should be fine for the new one).

But you probably don't have a DVI cable so you'll need that too.
Although the more expensive card does have VGA output you'll probably
get a better picture with the DVI. You probably need this type of
DVI/HDMI cable (DVI on the video card, HDMI on the monitor) but check
the connectors on your monitor. $8.
