Sorry for my late response, Chris.
The answer is yes - since 35ft is (very) roughly 10 meters.
Altimeters are barometers and vice versa (the GPS altimeters excluded,
of course)
So discussing errors in barometer readings due to altitude is exactly
the same thing as what you are doing!
