www.lulu.com served OK for a similar project, namely
http://books.lulu.com/content/382299 which is 64 pages full colour. Each
copy has a production cost of USD14.13, which is the only cost involved (and
shipping which depends on order quantity etc).
This particular book is available to all at cost price, but the publisher
can choose to set a higher price, or to make the book available only to
"invited guests". In any case, the publisher only ever pays production
cost.

Subject: [OM] [OT] Advice on printing a limited production book
There has been some discussion here in the past on producing books with
photos in limited quantities. I've been working on an autobiography for my
father which is about 90 pages of text and perhaps a dozen pages of photos.
He'd like to have about 25 copies printed up.
Any advice on where to have this done and probable costs?
