[OM] [OT] Advice on printing a limited production book

There has been some discussion here in the past on producing books with 
photos in limited quantities.  I've been working on an autobiography for 
my father which is about 90 pages of text and perhaps a dozen pages of 
photos.  He'd like to have about 25 copies printed up.

Any advice on where to have this done and probable costs?
