If the aperture, focal length and distance to the subject doesn't change
then the DOF will be the same.
Because the crop factor is a little more, 2x vs 1.5x or 1.6x, you will
sample a smaller potion of the image. When all images are made to be the
same size the out of focus will be noticed a little more with the 4/3
photo. The sharpness or resolution will depend on the number of pixels
in the image. An 8MP 4/3 sensor should produce a sharper image then a
6MP APS sensor.
