I think they all make capable cameras. It just comes down to whether
you have a special photographic need like low noise at high ISO and
your subjectivity, whether you like it.
I think you could argue about the upgrade in brains statement. The
Fuji may have a high dynamic range, but you give up high resolution,
and the fast reflexes of the D200. The Fuji is really just 6 MP and
can't process the image that quickly.
