The discovery channel had a show about a couple reporters who lived
with some of the last hunter-gather people (no agriculture). They were
on one of the islands in the Pacific, the name has slipped from my
mind. Some of their prize possessions handed down from their ancestors
were simple stone axes. Apparently finding stones in the middle of
their jungle isn't very easy.
