A number of cameras have this (Fuji, Samsung) and call it Anti-blur
mode or some such. Think 'sports' mode. It simply increases ISO and
shutter speed while opening up aperture. In fact, some of them no
longer have a sports scene mode as it is the same thing.
Weasel words - it's not the mode that's digital - it's the image!
That is, the mode 'stabilises' any digital image but doesn't help the
analog images. :)
