I disagree unless it's some condition of warranty or the seller.
I've never seen an all aluminum case *with fan* and with this particular
power supply (one of several commonly seen on these enclosures) as low
as $25. The power supply pictured is a dual voltage unit with a very
secure 5 prong plug. Most of these cheap cases also have a cheap DC
adapter with a single prong plug that can easily pull out. Fans are
also unusual. Most don't have them. If the seller can be trusted I'd
buy it.
