Colour shot of the exterior. Olympus OM2 SP : Zuiko 21mm f2 : Agfa Vista 200 http://www.geebeephoto.com/Northamptonshire_Churches/M-Z/pages/Yelvertoft_1a.htm As previously mentioned the unusual wear on the sedelia pillars are said to have been made by Oliver Cromwells' troops sharpening weapons. They used the church as an armoury in the build up to the battle of Naseby in 1645. Naseby is about 9 miles away. http://www.geebeephoto.com/Northamptonshire_Churches/M-Z/pages/Yelvertoft_6.htm http://www.geebeephoto.com/Northamptonshire_Churches/M-Z/pages/Yelvertoft_7.htm Graham http://geebeephoto.com ============================================== List usage info: http://www.zuikoholic.com List nannies: olympusadmin@xxxxxxxxxx ============================================== |
