These Lowepro's come with a couple of padded cut out inserts - you
can arrange them so that you have a cradle with a central hole for
the lens. I have mine slightly staggered, right side lower, and they
hold the body well - I push the camera in rather than just letting it
drop. The main problem is that you feel a bit like a pregnant guppy
with the thing on your (ample) front.
