Just send the file as is. If they can't figure out how to make
it work, they've got a totally braindead hack doing the layouts.
Editors typically only know a certain number but have no idea
what it really means. The computer people just make things
work, regardless of the knowledge of the political twerp called
"editor".
If you want to charge more, do an upsize to 45MB Tiff files.
The "resolution" of the file is strictly a flag setting and has
zero bearing on the pixels. It only tells the application the
intended display size based on how many pixels will be mapped
per inch (or cm).
