You would probably be better off with 800 speed print film and the
80/2 if you want to use available light. Even then, you'll be looking
at long exposures, so a tripod will help, as will a lot of film, since
many of the images would have motion blur that you don't like.
For the white balance on the C-7070, you should manually set it when
you arrive at the show.
