Wild salmon are loaded with brain damaging mercury and farm salmon
with cancer causing PCBs. Nice choice. Any ocean fish as large as
salmon are too dangerous to eat frequently. Many of the river and
lake fish in places like Minnesota are too dangerous to eat at all
because of mercury. The allowable limit for mercury emissions from
coal burning power plants was just raised by lobbyist written
legislation to make sure you get your share even if you avoid fish
from polluted sources.
