That local price is quite good given that you should have a Swedish
guarantee and may be able to pick a good one! There are some good
sites commenting on it on the net - esp. the one by Mario Pauck. He
points out that they may have a 'variable' coating on the front
element which would be unacceptable.
The basic rule of Russian/Ukranian gear is that 'if you get a good
one, it is often very, very good. But you can get a dud.' Make sure
that you buy from a reliable source that does check its inventory. So
ask the dealer what their return policy is and whether they carefully
check these before they sell them on.
