have a look in: Edit->Preferences->Privacy&Security->SSL
in M0zilla there is an 'SSL Warnings' panel with a number of checkboxes
associated with showing warnings when entering/leaving encrypted sites,
this may be what you need.
It's usual for these warning boxes to have a 'do not show this warning
again' check box.
