Yes and yes. The Adaptall 2 has a button (well, a slide) that allows
depth of field stop down, like the second button on the Zuiko lenses.
While earlier mounts lack this, they still work.
HOWEVER, if you ever plan to use an Adaptall on an OM 3(Ti) or 4(Ti)
you must use the adapter marked OL, not OM as the earlier OM type can
damage a plastic reset button on the lens mount. There is a fix that
involves filling one screw hole with epoxy, a substance beloved of many
list members.
