The problems of shipping a camera around for picture taking and the
attendant problems has taken on a life of its own. I don't get part of
it, but I do get the concept of a sequential day-in-the-life picture
taking activity. We are all on the OM list. We all have an Olympus
camera of some sort, some have dozens. Why ship a camera around? (One
lens I sold took 3 weeks to clear customs in Greece.) Since everyone is
supplying his own film, processing, editing, submission this is
different process than a disposable camera shipped and a frame popped
off at each location that I have seen done on other forums.
After taking your pictures, why not just send an email to the next
person on the list to begin their picture set? It would accomplish the
same thing without the shipping headaches. You get the day in the life
and you get the sequence. Or don't I get it?
