My only experience of them with regard to repairs was my RD, which I
bought from them. Its focus stiffened up immediately I tried it, but they
accepted it back immediately with apologies, and serviced it at their
expense. It works like new, now.
Incidentally, they farmed out this repair, it was not done in-house. They
also sold me my Tamron 300/2.8, which they were having cleaned when I
bought it. The lens, though obviously used, was perfect with regard to
glass and function.
Most of my OM gear was bought from them, plus a few other items like
medium format gear, I've always found them to be very helpful. Not cheap,
certainly, but helpful
