My wife has a petrol Beetle (yellow of course), and it is only very
slightly smaller than my BMW 320d; it is certainly taller!
50mpg, especially from little tiny gallons (only 4 litres in size after
all ;-)) is pretty respectable for an auto boxed Beetle. Is it fast?
