Aha!! I didn't realise that. I don't have a T-32 or OM4, but Metz
45CT4 with SCA adaptors for OM2n and Bronica ETRSi. With both these
cameras, the "flash ready" led in the finder lights steadily as soon
as the neon on the gun lights. If the flash is quenched (the neon on
the gun does not extinguish when the gun fires) the viewfinder led
flashes, showing that the gun was under auto control (whether TTL or
conventional auto). If the flash discharges completely (neon goes out)
the finder led goes out too, coming on again when the flash is ready.
Exactly the same happens with an OM1n, with the gun set to normal auto
mode.
