Hi all,
Just doing some experimenting withe Olympus T 10 and the T Power Control
1 that comes with it. I got more than I bargained for since the T Power
Control 1 works with a variety of OM flash systems.
However, there is one aspect of the T Power that has me stumped.
On the left hand side, as you look at the rear of the camera and flash unit,
there is a connection plug-hole for power.
I have downloaded and printed out of a sharp HP laser printer, the PDF file of
instructions, and it does not say what this inlet / outlet power point is for.
Is it to provide switching / power to another flash unit?
Or something else?
Information much appreciated.
One thing amazed me with this purchase, is the number and weight of the
auxiliary pieces needed to run the T10 flash unit.
I was pleased to find it seems to work; I could only test it at the stage on
flash regulated auto on my O10. I could not test it on TTL. I still have to get
a
shoe 3 for the OM2.
I am also pleased to find it will fit several of my lenses, and if I get a
52-55
step-up ring it will work on my nice Sigma 90/2.8 macro.
It fits the Zuiko 100/2 just fine.
I do indeed have the Circ Polariser filter. It has some scratches / grazes in
the middle but I don't know how serious they will be in practice.
Cheers, Brian
