Hi Gordon,

I have also used the 25/4 and regarding the outcomes not seen a big difference.
I just prefer
the 2.8 as it is gives you a brighter viewfinder image. You might want to try a
PEN F, you will be
surprised how much brighter the viewfinder is.

I have tried the 50-90 and compared it to the 70, and am happier with the 70,
but again this is
due to better usability, not necessarily better results. Also, my 70 was really
almost like new,
while the 50-90 more visibly used.

I have tried several cameras and lenses until I got to a stable set that I
like. In other words,
if you receive the lenses/cameras you are bidding on, and they are good and
produce good results,
I suggest you keep them, even if the configuration is not perfect. I had
several FTs with broken
light meters, worn cam, out-of-focus screen, non working flash contact, fungus
in the viewfinder
prisms, etc. and lenses (in particular the 50-90) sold as exc++ with
separations and fungus.

Once you have a set, it is really fun to use. I love the size of camera and
lenses, and they
just feel and sound good. Also, scanning is relatively easy.

Hope this helps,

Roland.
