Be fair and honest. I have something like 1440 feedbacks of which 2 are
negative. ebay gives you the opportunity to post a response to the negative
feedback...in one case many years ago the buyer id was ClamityJane who may
be a nice person but...with a name like that...

In the other case I was selling a Plaubel Mkina 670 AS IS Meter broken else
fine...the buyer dinged me with a negative feedback about the meter being
broken (duh!) so I just put the copy from the posting in the response area.

Having used beya since day 1 and having sold thousands of items I would not
hesitate to sell to you even if you had a 33% hegative ratio...
