Your key word was retailer. I bought out a small retailer of all their old
stock OM equipment. As I sold it, I did not claim that they came with a
warranty, as they did not. They would have if I had used them and made a
claim, but once I resold them, they were used, from Olympus' perspective,
and the warranty did not transfer. Even if it had, it would have been from
MY date of purchase, not the subsequent purchaser.
