Hi Carlos - yes, that is a perfectly acceptable solution to me! I have a
full set of OM extension tubes which I hardly use, so that would give me a
good excuse to get them out and dust them off!

The 'wonderbrick' body of a digital EOS (or any other DSLR, I'm afraid) is
too thick to fit properly on the Oly bellows... however, you can solve the
problem by placing an extension tube between the body and the bellows (13mm
would be fine) -- if you are using the bellows, you *want* extension, don't
you? ;-)
