Just one point to note, you will need an extension tube to mount the bellows
on 10D otherwise the release lever on the bellows will block the camera
body.

Probably the best reason of all. The problem with the adapter is that
there is no automation and you have to work more slowly and
deliberately. But with the bellows and macro you're already there anyhow.
