I would probably send an email detailing the problem and if you would have
been pleased with the deal had the camera worked properly, I would offer two
options. 1) Have him talk to his repair facility to let them know it is being
returned for them to properly repair, at their or his expense, or 2) return the
package for a full refund including your postage both ways. I usually like to
give them a choice and sometime might offer a third option. Bill Barber
