I'm sure Jerry L. can provide some recipes - 'possum are considered delicacies out his way. Gary (here in north Texas they just steal the outside cats' food.) -----Original Message----- From: andrew fildes Envy the Racoons - we have Brushtail Possums - they are heavier, live IN the roof and while they don't carry rabies (unknown here thank gawd but the big fruit bats carry a related lyssavirus) they aren't bright enough to get tame. Very noisy though and the babe rides cutely on the back when it leaves the pouch. Sitting watching TV the other afternoon (World Cup Rugby) and got wet when one peed in the ceiling and it ran down through the lining boards. Now the wife insists I move them out. How? Reason with them? How serious is the rabies problem?
