Condenser - it's the big circular lump of glass in the enlarger, plane on one
side, convex on the other, used in pairs with plane
surfaces outermost.
Running water - BEWARE of mixer taps. Only use them if you are alone in the
house, and the washing machine is not running.
Otherwise you risk a sudden change in pressure of either hot or cold supply,
one of which will be very bad news. I speak from
experience of being alone with the washing machine :-(
