Even worse, doesn't "muchacha" mean "young woman"?
The dish sounds good though... one day perhaps I will get to Mexico.

Could be worse. One of my favorite breakfasts in Western Mexico is
eggs with dried, spiced shredded beef, 'huevos con machaca'. One
morning on business trip, I was really tired from the long days and
short sleeps and ordered 'huevos con muchacha', 'eggs with woman', in
front of all my business associates, including the Mexicans we were
negotiating with. A terrific laugh to start the day!
