I couldn't have said it better, except to add their customer support is a
sham. A bunch of unknowledgeable dolts reading sales pitches from scripts.
One could NOT tell me why I couldn't send plain text in emails. Their stock
answer to any problem is to offer you a free month of service to keep you
hooked. Don't fall for it. I'm switching before the month is out. I feel
liberated already just having made the decision, and look forward with
excitement to getting a "real" ISP.
Having the list/digest set up to strip html would be a tremendous help.
Meantime, snip, snip, snip those quotes. That would be a good start.
