a digest is offered as a courtesy
to people who really think it might be better...
Doesn't that seem a bit arrogant?
Another point-of-view might be that individual emails are offered as
a courtesy for those who don't want to wait for the digest!
I can not imagine why anyone would use the digest...
Then perhaps you simply lack imagination! :-)
they just can not be bothered to make the settings in their
email client and would prefer others to optimize their viewing
experience for them.
Again, arrogance!
Both modes are offered and supported. One person's assumptions about
why another would use one mode or the other is immaterial. One
person's condescending of another person's use is simply rude.
I really cannot comprehend this "my way, or the highway" way of
thinking that seems so prevalent these days. Viva la differance!
(Oops... sorry for using the language of a people who must be
against us, since they aren't for us... whatever happened to
friendly dissent...)
