On my Paris trip I took a small, undersized travel tripod. I didn't want to
lug the standard around, but didn't want to miss an opportunity. I used it
on a couple of night shots of the tower. It wasn't extended, since it sat on
a concrete abuttment to the Seine. That photo is 20"x30" and hanging over
the piano in the living room. I'm glad I had it! It provides us with
wonderful memories every day.
