QA310 is getting pretty old now and you can only use it in TTL mode on
an OM-2. Why not get a BG-2 & T32, use it in "normal auto" mode until
you get a TTL capable body ? By the way, you won't need that shoe, you
can use the PC connector on the OM-1. In my opinion, any flash bigger
than the T20 is probably too big to use on the shoe 1,2,3,4 - it's just
asking for trouble.

Olympus has an accessories compatibility chart, but it doesn't go back
far enough to include OM-1. Does anyone have such a thing for OM-1?
