Sounds like "leaf-shutter-itis"....
Could be oil on the shutter blades, though that wasn't really common on
the SP's. More often, oil would get onto a ring around the back of the
lens that cocks the shutter, but I honestly don't remember the actual
symptoms. Or something missing or broken inside the shutter. Possibly
repairable, might need parts....
